Penalty Kicks
Penalty Kicks puts you on the penalty spot for fifteen shots against a goalkeeper. Placing the ball near a corner can earn more than scoring down the middle, but a wayward shot also breaks your scoring streak. The aim is to finish those fifteen attempts with the highest score you can.
How to play Penalty Kicks
- Drag upward and release to shoot, using the mouse or a finger. The direction and length of the swipe affect the shot's aim and height; its speed affects the power.
- Make a quick upward swipe. A downward or overly slow drag will not take the shot.
- A goal is worth 50 to 100 base points, depending on where the ball enters the goal. That value is multiplied by your current scoring multiplier.
- The multiplier starts at 1x and rises by 0.1 after each goal. A save or missed shot resets it to 1x without removing points you already earned.
- Every shot counts toward the fifteen, whether it scores or not. The final screen shows your score and saved best score; restarting begins a new set of fifteen.
Tips
- Aim inside an upper corner, not directly at the post or crossbar. Those corners offer the highest base reward, but hitting the frame can throw away both the goal and your multiplier.
