Traffic Racer
Traffic Racer puts you in a yellow convertible on a seaside city highway. You weave through traffic while looking for supplies and the next checkpoint, with both fuel and time running down.
How to play Traffic Racer
- Hold W or Up to accelerate, S or Down to brake, and A/D or Left/Right to steer across the lanes. On mobile, hold the pedal and direction buttons. Releasing the accelerator lets you coast; use the brake to slow down.
- You start with 60 seconds. Clock pickups add five seconds, and crossing a checkpoint adds more time plus 100 points. The distance shown is how far you are from the next checkpoint.
- Collect coins for five points each and cash bundles for 25. Red fuel cans refill 20 units of fuel. Fuel keeps draining even when the car is stopped, and an empty tank ends the run.
- Blue nitro bottles add 20 units to your boost supply. Drive over a blue arrow strip to activate it. Press Space or Down, or use the mobile brake, to cancel a boost.
- Hitting another vehicle or a pothole ends the run immediately. Running out of time also ends it; select Restart to try again.
Tips
- Check the lane beyond an arrow strip before crossing it. Boost takes the car straight to its top speed, so a strip just before a vehicle is one to avoid.
- If cash and a row of coins are equally safe to reach, take the cash. One bundle pays as much as five coins, without needing to follow the whole row.
