Sponge Splash

Sponge Splash puts a yellow sponge into a platform maze where it runs on its own. You choose when to jump, working around its changes of direction to reach diamonds above and below you.

How to play Sponge Splash

• Click or tap the play area, or press Space, W, or the up arrow to jump. The sponge turns around when it meets a wall on the ground; there are no left and right controls.
• While sliding down a wall, jump again to push away from it. You cannot double-jump in open air.
• Collect every diamond in the level to open the portal, then enter it. There are 20 levels, with six diamonds in the first and 46 in each of the last two.
• Avoid spikes, moving saws, and spiked swinging or rotating arms. One hit ends the attempt, and restarting the level resets its diamonds. There is no countdown.
• Later levels add moving platforms and green bounce pads. Landing on a pad launches the sponge upward without another jump input.

Tips

• In level 17, one bounce pad gives a much higher bounce after its first use. If the first launch falls short, return to that pad instead of trying to add a midair jump.
