Smiles is a tap-and-pop arcade game built on quick reactions. Cartoon smiley faces keep popping up across a rocky cave backdrop, each one wearing its own goofy expression.

How to play Smiles

• Tap or click a smiley face to pop it for one point.
• One face is off limits, the red one with glasses and bows: pop it and you lose a life for no points. The three icons in the corner show that face.
• You have three lives, and popping three of the wrong face ends the round.
• There is no clock, so you play until your lives run out, and your best and last scores are saved.

Tips

• Glance at the life icons first and fix the red glasses-face in mind, since it is busier-looking than the plain smiles.
• When several faces crowd the screen, slow down near anything red instead of tapping on reflex.
• Missing a good smile costs nothing, so skip a doubtful tap rather than risk a life.
