Nuts And Bolts

Nuts and Bolts has you sort coloured nuts on metal bolts. The colours you need are often buried under other nuts, so the empty bolts give you room to rearrange them. Nothing is timed, and there is no score or move limit.

How to play Nuts and Bolts

• Tap or click a bolt to lift its top nut, then tap another bolt to move it there. Matching nuts move individually, not as a whole stack.
• The destination must be empty or have the same colour on top, with fewer than four nuts already on it. An invalid choice sends the lifted nut back.
• Complete the puzzle by making every occupied bolt hold four nuts of one colour. Empty bolts can remain empty.
• Undo takes back a move. Restart resets the current puzzle; completed-level progress is saved, but an unfinished arrangement is not.
• This build contains 100 puzzles, but levels 88 and 94 have incorrect colour counts and cannot be completed as supplied.

Tips

• In level 1, move the top nuts from the two left-hand bolts onto the same empty bolt. They match, so the other spare bolt stays free for a different colour.
• Avoid filling a bolt to its four-nut limit while another colour is still buried below. Each extra matching nut is another one you must move before reaching the trapped colour.
